Storm Guard Roofing

My roof had been leaking for a while so my mother booked a couple people to come out give a free look over and everything. Storm Guard seemed amazing at first. They came and gave us a price, got the building permits all sorted out, and finished fixing the roof within two days. take in mind our roof is a flat one so they added a slight slope to stop water from standing on the roof. But my problem was that after two weeks my ceiling in my room was leaking again after we had just patched up the holes. Something was wrong so we tried contacting them again and they agreed to come and fix the problem but even after that it was still leaking so we tried contacting them but we got no response. We had to call a building inspector to come out because no one was responding to us. The roof was holding tons of water still and not draining through the downspouts at all. The inspector finally got ahold of the owner we tried to get him to come back but Remy (the owner) never came back and never contacted us again. We are filing litigation against this company for this. We spent a good amount of money fixing Our roof through this company and nothing came out of it. Horrible experience and service.

It was a pleasure working with Storm Guard Roofing. Jack was very informative and explained entire process to me. They were quick to pull the permits and the roof was completed extremely quick once everything started. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Storm Guard.
