It was a real pleasure working with Erika. I wasnt sure whether I really wanted to sell the house or put money into improving it, but with her knowledge of the market she explained why selling was a better option long term. We discussed my reservations and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased the decision making process. Once I decided to sell she had a professional photographer at the house and had it listed within less than a week. Soon after that we had cash offers over the asking price and were under contract. In the meantime I needed to find another house and with my work schedule I wasnt able to go to many showings but I trusted her and she found a house that checked all the boxes. So the offer was put in and accepted almost immediately and the best part was I didnt even see the house in person until the inspection. It of course was exactly what I was looking for and I owe that to her knowing what I wanted and trusting her to find it. In the end the house sold and I closed on the new house seamlessly. Erika truly understands how to sell and find houses. She made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. She exceeded my expectations and will definitely recommend her to anyone for any type of real estate transaction.
