returns are impossible.they make impossible,they require paperwork that they do not include with package.NO PHONE only return with store credit----email address is impossible. i hope they enjoy the $100 plus they profitted off of me. that was exactally what happened ---------they made a profit no customer care!!!!!!!!

Found this company accidentally online about 2 years ago and so happy I did. Clothes are amazing and unique. Definitely items you wont find anywhere else. Limited quantities makes them exclusive pieces which I love. A lot of items are restock friendly which is great when you really love a piece so much and just have to have it. The online app makes it so easy to shop and interact with the owner, employees, and the entries CB community. CB is one of the BEST online shops I have found. Thank you Stef for always bringing us top quality clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories!

Spent a good chunk of time in store shopping. Tried on 3 separate items and decided on a PJ set around $60. When I went to check out, THEY TOLD ME THE PIECE HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD!! How can you leave an item on your floor, for purchase, and tell there customer AT THE REGISTER that the item is sold out WITH ITEM IN HAND!! It is clear they care much more about their online customers. I live within 5 miles of this store, first time visitor who will not be back again. What a disappointing experience!

I returned three pieces of clothes had to send them an e-mail to do that. Then sent the clothes back. Then they sent me one gift card never got a card for the other two items - after several round about e mails- I had to go on their chat and threaten customer service with disputing the charges with my bank - finally Mary -of customer service sent another gift card in an e-mail. They have a live fashion show every day I made a comment to the owner that they need better customer service she got mad and blocked me from my account - sooo I could not use my gift cards - finally after going round and round with customer service e mail and chat I told Mary of customer service on the chat I am going to file a consumer complaint with the Florida AGs office and I did it took that to finally get my refund back to my credit card - I have never had so much hassle in all my years of buying clothes online.
