I was introduced to Jack Rabel of Assurance Home Loans Inc. by a coworker. My client had finally found a condo, that she loved very much. It was move-in, ready and fully updated and Farrah was very excited to buy it. I told her, pick three mortgage brokers. Give them all your information and see what they come up with. After filling in three apps, it became a horse race! One of the finance guys jumped right in and began leading the pack, but then another one came in with a different deal that we were very interested in and the third didn't even leave the gate, his offer was so high in down payment and had a very high interest rate. I kept telling Farrah, don't commit yet, wait on all the facts. I can't tell you the numbers here but Jack came in with the lowest money down AND the lowest interest rate of the three. But that isn't all. We spent many phone calls together, even the three of us at times, just making sure the process was clear and our now mutual client was informed and happy. We went to closing and it was so nice to see Jack there as well. Yes, I recommend Jack Rabel!
