Misrepresented our company's needs and excluded all of our major coverage needs on our liability policy and overcharged us. This company's representative knew our firm's operation and purposefully misused our trust. Very sad deal.

I wish there were more stars. Chris at JW Edens saved the day! My Dad passed in July (I'm the Personal Rep) and his homeowners insurance (from another agency-rhymes with Bobison) was due Oct 11. I live in Minnesota and was checking on his insurance when Hurricane Dorian was approaching. The agent was alarmed that the house was VACANT and wanted to rewrite the policy - 6 weeks she said this, until Oct 10 - she said it was cancelled. I called Allstate and they referred me to JW Edens. Chris was very knowledgeable and had me insured within 24 hours. THANK YOU!!! My sister told me that I ROCK....ummmm no, you mean CHRIS ROCKS!
