I met with Cassidy Petersen Conti for help in estate planning. She gathered the information needed to set up a living trust which makes it easier to handle things since I have only siblings as heirs. She explained things that I didn't understand so that we arrived at the best way to handle my estate. Upon reviewing the draft of the documents involved, I had more and more questions. Thankfully, Paralegal, Jessica Taylor was very patient with me and guided me through the legal maze until I was comfortable signing all the documents that made everything legal. I am very happy with how I was treated by this office and with the final result. I highly recommend them.

Im a disabled vet. I went to Robin for that reason & close to home. I would have drove to Sebastian for a good atty, so location was not critical, is my point. Was told hed roll everything in at the end. Over $10k paid, multiple revisions (one that could have been avoided had he listened or took better notes) & 2 yrs time. Probate wraps up & I sent an em to his office about a deed still being recorded improperly almost a yr b4 closing. I trusted that of the many deeds I did sign that one was correct. I mean thats why theyre retained. I ck the county recs online & still wrong. So I call his office. Bless Miranda & Danielle b cuz they r nice, professional & helpful (they r the reason he gets 3 starsfor their work). Miranda gets bk to me & states that if I like his office to do it, I must pay for the filing, etc. Another $375. They must have some ability to remove any negatively reviewed comments b cuz I know Im not the only person who would b upset by this. Its all cookie cutter stuff, diy or look for a pro bono clinic. Stop making attys rich. I had to retain a top Atty b cuz it was not my family Estate & I had to do right by these ppl. All I did was pay a lot of money for toilet paper. If anybody knows any atty that handles real estate give a shout out pls. I really just need a person to tell me yes, these deeds look correct for what u r trying to correct. Its really just a name & title change b cuz all the legal jargon stays the same basically. Which is what angers me even moretheyve got the info already its a simple cut & paste job. He drops the ball and now I have to pay more. All the while saying that wasnt part of the deal. I brought in a trust document & said I need to get these houses free & clear of the deceased. He claimed the house im speaking of was auto the person still alive so it didnt need probate. But I brought to his attn one yr in that the docs were still incorrect. I disagree with being charged to fix this mess b cuz I feel it was part of the retainer. Hes also pretty rude & says things like.this isnt what u retained me for. Lol Over $10k & its a legal document regarding the trust & your office did all the new trust, poa, wills, etcI seem to think that is related to what u were retained for (or your daughter). Pass on this one people!
