Oceanfront Sea Cottage

we have been here 5 days.w 2 more to go. I would say that this was/is the best short vacation we have had. the large bedroom overlooks the ocean with shades that can be operated from the bed. the view is unimaginable. The beach is right there and practically empty. we have major complaints. We had to put every single piece of eating utensils into the dishwasher on the longest sanitizing setting. They were disgusting. The foods left behind in cabinets look as if they have never been sorted out as well as the spices. The microwave while working is burnt above so badly that it mite b a danger. The neighbor next door on the right is problematic. and if she is AT HOME you probably will have a problem as did we. The washing machine if filthy and therefore unusable. The neighbor on the left is a lovely welcoming person. beach towels, cleaning supplies, soap, dishwasher liquid etc. but you need to LOOK. Battery on thermostat running low on a.c. and heat. Reported it nothing was done. Just don't count on the owner. she obviously doesn't care and lives a distance. she is booked back to back and loves the $$ $ but does nothing to take care of the property.

Just got back from our trip to the Oceanfront Sea Cottage and we miss it already. You will be stunned by the spectacular views from the cottage-the pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend this cottage if you are looking for a peaceful, luxurious home away from home!

A perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach, cocktails at sunset on the back patio.The best nights sleep..listening to the waves roll in.

LOCATION!! Omg... This place is right on the beach. Hot Tub overlooking the beach. I have never stayed at a place this close to the sand. The location is on the south end of the boardwalk in Indialantic by the Sea so you can bike ride or walk to restaurants, bars and boutiques. This place is spotless!!! Carol is so meticulous about everything. The beds were so comfortable. This is a very important thing for me. If I cant sleep Im not happy. my husband and I both slept better here than her own home. The kitchen had everything you needed to create wonderful meals. There were even frozen beer glasses in the freezer. We had a fire pit on the sand and roasted marshmallows. I cant stop thinking about what a wonderful time we had. We will be back!
