        Appointment was at 5pl. I arrived @330pm. I didn't get loaded until 1am... I had to go to another location which no one told me which dock to get on for almost an hour. There are 3 dock 3drs. Horrible, messy, raggedy yard. Congested with cars and trash containers everywhere..... the ladies in the office were pleasant as well as the yard man .

        Arrived 1 hour before appointment backed me rite in to a door and 45 minutes later had my bills.

        Place is unbelievable. Bunch of clowns working here. 1st of all...driver needs to guess on which out of the 4 or 5 buildings is the "check in". After checking in they tell u which building to go to...all r withing a few blocks from each other....and of course ur in a 53ft...nice right? Super disorganized all the way around. Good thing was...as soon as I got docked...I was getting loaded within 5 minutes or so. Let's c how it ends.
