My group with 5 friends (including one disabled veteran) was called 10 minutes out from our arrival to be told that our specific boat was broken without a replacement. To be honest, we didnt mind that there wasnt a replacement; however, no one in our group heard anything to the extent of I am so sorry for the inconvenience or any offer of a way to make up for this huge disappointment. We live in the local area and would have appreciated even something like hey we will call eglin and see if we can get you something there or perhaps we cant do this today but we can offer you a boat tomorrow or next week or free or half price you get the idea. It was a hard, cold turkey cutoff with no remorse. I realize this is a government run office, but cmon, learn some customer service basics. If you rent here, youre gambling your day away. Good luck to anyone who believes the good reviews here, because they clearly all got lucky. Bless your heart.
