        Chelsea helped me navigate a crazy market. Our house was listed, offers made, and closed in 3 weeks! Chelsea helped me decide which offer was the best one. Highest bid isnt always the best offer sometimes. There are so many contingencies that I had no idea how to maneuver without her. No matter what time of day I texted, she would answer. Our tight timeline made me super stressed, but Chelsea was always there to help talk me off the ledge and give advice. I walked away with a ton of money, and the peace of mind that we made the right decision. Thank you Chelsea!

      I am sorry to hear you felt this way. I attended all showings that were requested and canceled personal plans to go to all of them. While most listing agents wont accompany showing by buyers, especially to a vacant home, I made sure I went to every one. I never mentioned I had a second job because you never asked and nor did I find it relevant to disclose, nor am I required to disclose. I am a teacher at Hudson High School and I am an Alumni of the school. I have also sponsored the schools football team, wrestling team, class of 2024, Girls Basket Ball and Track. I believe in supporting the local community not only as an educator, but as a real estate agent. As we all know being an educator is not the best paying job, so having a second line of income is necessary for me to stay afloat. Having a second job for most members of our community is sadly necessary. I also purchased professional photos for this client out of my own pocket and hosted an open house. To say I didn't have time for this listing is incorrect. I put more time into this listing than any other listing I have had in my entire career and I only charged 4%, a full 1% under the market average. I took time off from my other job as well to make sure all opportunities were accounted for. It is not my fault that the Florida market is dipping and insurance rates are through the roof and there are not as many buyers willing to purchase homes in waterfront communities without a garage, boat lift or updated kitchen and bathroom. I went above and beyond what any realtor should do for a client, but when a client has unreasonable expectation, I will never be able to make them happy. Good luck in selling your home. I really do wish you the best of luck in this tight market.
