I've moved around a great deal over the years and have had landlords ranging from the absolute worst to the very nicest. Mr. Parks ranks at the top! My partner and I have been renting now for almost a year and have had nothing but good experiences. I moved across the country and Mr. Parks was happy to work with me so everything fell into place along my timeline. He has always been extremely responsive to any questions or maintenance requests and has been exemplary in all regards. I can't recommend him and his company enough. It's truly like a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many other landlords that are just in it for nothing but profit.

Outstanding Real Estate Professionals I had the opportunity to use the services of Renee Parks for selling a condominium I inherited. In the current market in my area, real estate practically sells itself HOWEVER what It does not do is provide the knowledge, trust, and effort that Renee brought to the table. I am disabled and the condo was not cleared out yet or ready for sale, and I had a lot of moving parts at that time in my life. Renee stepped up big time. She came and organized it to the point that when I saw the pictures she had taken, I didn't think it was the same place. She presented the condo in such a way that it sold immediately at over asking price and closed in 2 weeks.
