    Got 2 medium pizza's, cheesy bread, garlic knots, lava cake desert, and the cheddar bacon tator tots. The tator tots were way over cooked and the cheaddar was too crusty and inedible.

    I have never had such a bad customer experience. This location has made mistakes on our orders several times. We're never upset about it. Just want what we pay for. I've only called on 2 occasions for corrections (one of which was delivered to the wrong house). I called to check on an issue with a delivery, and the staff was rude (Josh was nice). I was not upset or angry at this point. After being told I've was wrong, the person I was speaking to stated, "We have pizzas coming out of the oven." and hung up on me. I called back and the manager on duty helped alleviate the issue, offered a credit (as it was worded to me), and refunded me, though I stated he didn't have to do all of that for me. Fast forward to tonight, and I'm calling (I was previously told to ask for a manager), so I did. The manager got on, and he said a very short and annoyed greeting with his TONE very much, "What do you want?". I tried to be quick, and he was short and very rude. I stated I was just trying to get the credit on my account with a new order. He rudely stated, "It's not a credit. It's the same order.'' And started to berate me on how it's not a monetary amount as if I was trying to cheat the system or something. I was even trying to make light of the situation and be overly kind. He continued to be rude, so I told him he was being abrasive. He started stating that he's really busy and I asked his name. He replied with John (the manager), and I said, "OK. Thank you. Have a great night.", and I disconnected the call. I'm just at a loss.
