        When the paradise has its ups and downs now we have kids breaking into a trailer somebody else tried breaking into another trailer an older guy and now somebody's trying to steal batteries out of a golf cart like I say the place has its ups and downs

        More like a no choice place. Management has the place devaluated. Their office manager doesn't seem to know how to keep Winter Paradise, a customer friendly place.
