Beltone Hearing Aid Service

I went with my mother in law to see what was going on with her hearing aids. They happened to be clogged with wax. I guess this is a usual thing. So the girl changed the filters and showed me how to do it. The one complaint I have is that I felt like my mother in law was being scolded. Shes 83 years old and forgets a lot. But we need to speak kindly to her and show grace. When you work with the elderly you should expect to patient with them. She left with her one aid buzzing in her ear and was told she had to reschedule in a week to look at the problem because they had another customer waiting. Really!! Our appointment was at 4:15 and the took us in 4:35. Im not really sure what else to say. Very disappointed.

My husband has worn Beltone hearing aids for 8 years.He needed to get a new pair. He has been going through serious medical issues at this time. Maggie Saunders who is the Hearing Instrument Specialist helped us so now my husband Edward has a new pair of hearing aids and he can hear so much better.Maggie has excellent people skills, she is very professional and cares about her patients. I worked at Beltone in Fairhope Alabama for 3 years as a receptionist and I know Maggie is very well educated in Beltone hearing aids and patients hearing losses. Maggie is an asset to Beltone. I will let all my family and friends know if they need hearing aids Beltone in Hudson and New Port Richey is where they need to go. Thank you Anna LaTour

Im Ann Megargels husband and I had my appointment with Maggie Sanders on Feb.22,2023.. Maggie is the best hearing aid specialist I have ever seen! She is an excellent asset to Beltone! We have been customers of hers for years. Kudos to Maggie and her staff!
