        Edit to update the star count: Despite the challenges below, I do look forward to being part of the EoS family in the near future, mostly because their customer service is top tier. In October, I enthusiastically joined, looking forward to having a nearby gym. Despite multiple attempts, parking was a challenge, and securing a workout machine was even tougher. Although a great concept, the execution fell short. I opted to cancel my membership and returned to Planet Fitness.

        WHY DOES THE MUSIC HAVE TO BE SO LOUD?!? I CAN HEAR IT OVER MY EARBUDS AND HEAD PHONES AT FULL VOLUME!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!

        I am so glad this gym opened up here. It's an awesome facility and even more the employees are so helpful and actually seem to care. I was having a small issue with my account when they first opened. Alana at the front desk was amazing and helped me all the way. She made sure to keep checking with me and NEVER seemed annoyed when I would check back in to see the status of the resolution. She was kind helpful, and I was so happy to not just be pushed aside. I am so thankful to for her kindness.
