I have experienced sub par service twice in a row.
They gave me 3 tenders out of a 4 piece and then when I asked for reimbursement the assistant manager gave me grief for not having a receipt.
I returned because their blizzards are amazing but this time there is a hole in my cup dripping blizzard all over my cup holder and desk.
SMH Yall could have double cupped it
