DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!! Read ALL of the bad reviews and BELIEVE them . Do not fool yourself and read the fake reviews that they tell their tenants to write for a penny worth discount . This place is absolutely horrible . The office is by far the worst . They will be there every step of the way UNTIL your locked in you will NEVER hear from them . Good luck ! Oh and they will lie on you so they can avoid doing your maintenance . Absolutely the worst apartment complex. They completely lied and said I never turned in a notice when I have a picture of my notice to vacate . They accused me of skipping out on my rent and tried to file an eviction after I already turned in keys. After we fought and fought with them they sent me a bill for over $2000 claiming I skipped out of my lease . Now they will never answer the phone or emails to explain how this is even possible . When I originally moved in my unit was infested with mice and roaches. The day of move in when I got there they told me my unit had not been cleaned and they dont know when cleaners will be able to come so I was forced to move into a dirty unit . The very next morning after I had moved in their cleaners tried to enter my unit at 7am , I was not aware no one would be coming in my unit . After the cleaners left they left out on my kitchen table a mouse trap !! This place is an absolute joke and they only care about money . Horrible horrible place .

WORST Apartments ever! Apartment was full of roaches, didn't fix a ceiling leak at all. The Staff is so unprofessional still wont answer my email nor calls to get my name off the lease that i haven't been living there for MONTHS. They just want money. Don't even waste your time or money on this place you will not be satisfied

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! These apartment buildings have mold all throughout the interior of the electrical sockets, German cockroaches, rats, and really bad ant issues. You can also see the rod iron that was used to build the apartments from the outside. If you want to live in a code violation and safety hazard, be my guest. The management acts like they know everything (they dont even know their own lease agreements lol). If you have any maintenance issues, including emergencies, youll be expected to wait 24-48 hours for them to even ATTEMPT to knock at your door. Half of the time they wont even knock or say anything, and act like the order was completed. Worst place ever.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The complex has been vandalized over and over and the management has instructed us the residents invest in security camera's at our expense. I have had my wind shield smashed and my neighbor had to have a Sherriff remove someone trying to break into her apartment. The rental amount continues to go up with no updates to property or units. My stove, Fridge and sink is all rusted and from the 1970's, my carpet is pieced together and the floor is uneven, the roof is leaking in the sunroom area, and all this for 1265.00 a month for 600Sq ft. They allow people with several huge dogs to be in these tiny apartment and the barking and howling through out the complex can be heard. The lady below me has 4 huge dogs that howl all night and day and nothing is done to her after reporting her 5 times. Still nothing. Just do not move to this complex, pay the 200.00 to 300.00 more for your peace of mind.
