That fat lard at the front desk told me an hour and a half hour wait for 5 and a half hours before they took me in for a routine physical and drug test then the doctor bambi was completely incompetent she sat in her office for almost 30 minutes not seeing patients while i waited in a freezing cold room if your thinking about going to the homossasa location DONT almost the entire staff is incompetent the only person who was able to correctly do their job was the nurse she was amazing 0/5 expiernce if i could leave 0 star review i would. I would highly suggest firing the front desk staff they are unable to do their job in the slightest, people who came in after me got seen first over 10 people infact, i had enough time to walk to the optical outlet get in on a walkin get an eye exam pick out 2 sets of frames pay for them and walk back took an hour and a half and when i got back she told me the exact same wait time an hour and a half. I feel the front desk staff doesnt even like their job and really shouldnt be anywhere near the industry of customer service.

Waited for 4 hours to be seen ! Then person told me I didnt look sick. That is because I had been using alkaseltzer cold and flue like crazy. Less than a week later I was the sickest I can ever remember. When I would cough it felt like my head was going to split. Your service was truly terrible and unacceptable. I hope I never have go back there. The people at crystal couldnt have been . They were excellent!!!
