Once again my recent experiences with this location and the employees from reception to Doctors was very pleasant and positive as Im a long time customer and have always had a good experience and they stand by their work if anything is an issue even months after an appointment they have fixed any issues with my glasses.

Optical Outlets is amazing! Friendly staff and clean office. I had the privilege of having Alisa and she was awesome! She took her time with me and helped me in finding my glasses at a reasonable price. If you need Eyewear, Optical Outlets is the place to go!

I have been going to this eye doctor since I moved to Florida but this last experience I have had with them has made me want to switch eye doctors. First of all they cancelled my appointment due to a family emergency, which is understandable, but they scheduled my first appointment 3 weeks out, and then my reschedule another 3 weeks. So I wait a total of 6 weeks to get in. Then I come in and Im expecting to get a new pair of contacts , trial pair, for them to tell me they dont have mine. So Im waiting for them to come in, Im about 2 months into wearing my contacts now. Last thing that got me is I called to check on my order status around the 9 business days and theyre in. No phone call or text to tell me they came in? This is by far the worst experience Ive had here and it really is making me debating on switching eye doctors.
