        I came into the dealership for my first oil change, made an appointment a few days in advance. Was greated at the service lane when I pulled up and was told to go to the customer lounge and just relax and they would contact me, a short time later the service advisor came to get me and she took me to the casher and that was it. I was also advised of a recall and the part has not yet made it to the dealership, but they put me on the list to be contacted when they receive it

        I brought my jeep in for a service and as always a great experience. They are always on time with my appointment. They are very attentive and answer all my questions. Im in and out within an hour give or take which is really fast! My service advisor Nicole is always professional and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond! Great experience!
