READ ALL EDITS HAVE BEEN MADE :) amazing attentive staff! made sure my cat sherlock and dog ozzy are always taken care of and happy ! they always call to check in and make sure theyre doing well :) theyre the perfect vet ! a year later im editing this ! ive gone several times since this review and the care of the actual vets/asistants etc is impeccable! dont get me wrong, but when i show up early to an appointment and you guys set me in a room to wait until my appointment time(makes sense) but when i look at the clock and its 35+ minutes PAST my appointment time; thats when it gets bad. to be frank i heard several people just singing sweet caroline in the back office area laughing and having a good time, which im more than happy to listen to except when my cat is terrified and pooping himself waiting. im not counting the time in which we arrived early as i know thats on me completely. just im always waiting for them there. go to town and country animal er if u need a simple shot or weight or something always in and out under an hour.
