Hello, Flower areus We’re sorry that you were not happy with our prices. We make it a priority to put our prices on our appointment booking links and on each desk inside our office. We have been open over 14 years in the same location. Our tax prepares have over 40 years of combined experience. Our office is licensed, insured, fully staffed, open year round and provides services unmatched by any office in Homestead. Unfortunately, that is the price of business and we cannot provide you with the level of service that we do for $87.50. We charge a flat fee to all of our customers based on the service provided. We will be here if you need us, until then, we we wish you well.

Hello Eli, At Musa's we take customer satisfaction very seriously and we will always do what is needed to make things right. We would like to quickly acknowledge that this review is false in nature and should be removed by Google. This customer was never double charged, as he paid our office via Zelle. Our business has been established since 2010 and we have always been very transparent with our prices and fees. You can see our prices when you book an appointment online and it is posted throughout our office and at each desk. We have been providing tax services in our community for over 14 years and we charge fair and reasonable prices for our services. You have been our client for over 10 years. Unfortunately, we cannot change our prices every time someone doesn't agree. A single member tax filing for an LLC, corporate taxes, closing a company and full review of 12 month bank statements at the appointment does NOT cost $275.00. We charged you 55% less than what our services actually cost and even then you still insulted our employees and gave us a one star review. That is unacceptable and not tolerated in our office, we wish you the best with your next tax preparer.
