This establishment displays extreme unprofessionalism through their lack of communication and transparency. They fail to inform customers about their refund amounts or disclose fees until after the refund is deposited, leaving clients in the dark. Additionally, this year, I received my refund before authorizing anything and was charged over $1,000 in fees, despite being a head of household with no business and one child earning under $100k. This behavior is unacceptable and borderline robbery. I intend to report them to the IRS and the Better Business Bureau.

Just file my taxes with this people recently. And I can said this places is a total scammer/ fraud, I will be reporting them with the IRS. PLEASE DONT GO HERE! They will alter your return and give you the maximum they can and then take like $1000 of your return and they wont even tell you until you check WHERE MY REFUND ONLINE the system will give you error because it dont match the same number shown on the copy they give you. (Will) that man is the biggest scammers in that place. And they wont even give you copy of all your taxes return documents for your record. PLEASE REPORT TO IRS
