I came to this office trusting the positive reviews, to fix my overbite with the help of BRACES. But so far I am having a VERY unpleasant experience. I ALREADY had braces on the past but unfortunately I lost my retainer years ago, resulting in my teeth moving. When I saw the doctor, I explained to her that I didnt like my overbite, that it makes me feel not attractive and insecure. To what she replied that there are some people who likes their over bite, that even her has a overbite that she likes because it gives her a healthier younger look. I understand if she loves her overbite. BUT I HATE MINE. Thats THE REASON I came to this office in the first place. TO FIX IT. Since I ALREADY had braces I was supposed to feel a positive change even from the very FIRST session. But instead of them bringing my overbite IN, THEY BROUGHT IT OUT. Giving me a look of a primate's mouth that has even DEEPLY mark the lines of expression around my mouth. Living my upper lips with a sense that I can not close my mouth while in my sleep, and that my braces are coming out of my lips making me make all kids of grimaces with my mouth because I feel the braces totally scratching my lips from within. No wonder why I feel ZERO tightness in my upper teeth. Because instead of bringing the teeth IN. THEY BROUGHT THEM OUT. I ALREADY had BRACES BEFORE. I know what it feels like when a good doctor tightens the teeth IN. THIS IS NOT IT. By the way the doctor NEVER touches your teeth at this office, EVERYTHING IS DONE BY THE DENTAL ASSISTANTS. What kind of Orthodontist Service is that? I feel very dissatisfied with the lack of skills and ethics that I have sense so far. I tried trusting this office, but the lack of ethics is very questionable. I have called several times to request a REFUND. But the apparent manager of this place with the name of "Diana" has rudely left me on the phone until I have no choice but to hang up. And when she has returned the call she starts talking none stop like a robot. She takes ZERO accountability for the POOR service I was given, and just talks and talks in a very SCRIPTED way. Don't let her robotic talking fool you. ACTIONS is what really tell about who people are. She talks and talks and solves NOTHING.

I drove 3 hours just to see Dr Pereira ! She was amazing with my 4 yo and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a knowledgeable holistic dentist. I'm so happy we found her! Everyone in the office was so professional kind! Diana at the front desk is so nice and communicates very well.

I recommend this place 100%. A clean, quiet place and the girls at the desk and all the assistants provide excellent service. The Florida City Dental team is very professional.

The staff is friendly, they look out for me and they are understanding and the atmosphere is calm. I am grateful to everyone in the office. Thank you for being there for me through my tough times. I appreciate everyone here!
