I hired Puma Concrete Corp to build my driveway, and while the initial work seemed promising, I'm disappointed with the results just 6 months in. The concrete has started cracking, and despite their guarantee on the job, my attempts to get it addressed have been unsuccessful. I was told they would come to inspect the issue, but they never showed up. I'm sharing this experience to inform potential clients, as it's essential to know both the quality of the work and the after-sales service provided. I would advise to stay away from this contractor.
