Crystal went above and beyond the first time I visit this store !I am not much knowledgeable about mechanics she explained me what I needed for my car and her professionalism , communication skills and customer service made me trust on what she said !Since then this is my favorite store in Homestead ! I can really say that she love her job and this is very attractive for customers !!

Absolutely thrilled by the experience I had recently at this autozone, a rough backstory, I come from a bit further north where folks are not that nice and my local autozone sold me the wrong alternator without ever mentioning specifications of it. Fast forward to present day, car started acting up and voltage was dropping, I came into this autozone feeling a bit defeated after this. I spoke to the employee, Joanna at the counter, and had a very pleasant and helpful interaction when she helped me find that I had been sold the wrong alternator for my vehicle by the previous location. The issue at this point was that the correct one was at a separate location, and I could not drive my vehicle there. Now the manager on duty, Crystal, came to the rescue and took me to the other store to get the alternator I needed without asking for a single thing. This store and these employees excel at what the autozone brand has been representing for years, and they deserve the praise. Thank you for making my day better!
