These apartments are amazing and have great management Jennifer the manager has always been sweet and kind and taken care of all our needs the maintenance is super fast and fixes the problems faster then expected they do an amazing job keeping the property clean and safe.

These apartments are the best Ive ever lived in, I cant stress enough how thankful I am to have such an amazing office manager Jennifer Rivera. One of the most humblest ppl to come across she will sit & listen to any issues or concerns & provide all the help possible. Ive lived in verbena apartments for 3 Yeas since their first opening. Jennifer will go above & beyond to help. Ive never experienced any negative office management all the assistants Jennifer has ever had have been extremely helpful. Everyone who lives here mind their business never see any abnormal activities. Its a great place to live I highly recommend. The complex its secure. Thank you Jennifer & Verbena.i truly appreciate you guys.
