Justin’s Diesel and Heavy Truck Repair

Its never a great time when your truck breaks down. Trust me Im one to know. My truck broke down right before Christmas 2023. I was towed on a Friday evening and had to camp out right outside of Justins Diesel until Monday morning. I can imagine some know the feeling on Monday morning I was greeted by Dusty and he immediately pulled me into their lot. After diagnosis turned out, I needed a complete rebuild. Dusty and the entire crew were more than Helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They are all very professional, and get straight to it. Despite being very busy, they produce a steady And consistent outcome for many. Greatness is what Im referring to after the parts were ordered they were able to knock out My engine And get me back on the road. My truck is running great. He has been a liaison since Ive left the work that they Gives you peace of mind. As a business owner, I can tell you that if youre not gonna do something right, dont do it at all and I know that is reciprocated at Justins Diesel. They treated my truck like it was theirs. In these times, it is very difficult to find that anywhere. Sometimes blessings are in disguise. I will be a returning customer and for all those who are in the area and have issues it would not hurt to pay them a visit. I promise youll leave With the same impression. KEEP ON TRUCKING!!!!

I can't recommend dusty enough. they always go above and beyond for me, even when I am being a problem customer. Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

While on vacation, I called Justins at end of shift after arriving to my destination. I was told to come back first thing in the morning and would get squared away quickly. I arrived just before opening and was taken care of immediately and efficiently. Very impressed with the service and knowledge of the mechanic! I felt he gave honest advice and knew his stuff. Worth the hour drive from Destin! Wish their shop was down the road for future service needs and highly recommend to anyone with diesel issues.
