Great doctors and staff. We are very very happy with the service and guidance we received . This is out first pet and the doctors and staff have been amazing. We appreciate all you do.

Well if you want to get ripped this is the place to go. I brought my cat in because he was looking dehydrated and wasent eating upon arrival within 10 15 min the doctor tells us he needs emergency surgery there COULD be something stuck in his stomach. with out doing a x ray i might add. Then states the x ray will be 600 t0 700 dollars the minimum cost for surgery would be 2000 dollars minimum will def be more she said then he will need hospital care after the surgery for another 1500 to 2000 dollars. Still not knowing what it is exactly she keep pressing me to do the surgery even after I said that was way to much money. We all love our animals but over 6000 dollars amd she doesn't even know forsure really. So I left and took my cat with me. Go to another vet spend 250 dollars get a x ray blood test and full exam where I am told his kidneys are having problems and that there is nothing stuck in his stomach. Some hydration and antibiotics he's home and in 24 48 hours should be kicking like normal. This vet was beyond a rip off I wouldn't trust this place with a snail. Run and run fast in the opposite direction unless you don't mind spending a small fortune for no reason and still might lose your animal.....................RIP OFF SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Manager was completely disrespectful. I paid out of pocket the first time and then joined the wellness membership as the hospital stated I could use the amount towards my membership. However the initial amount was never used and they wont reimburse it. They state I did not pay for it. The service was amazing, but refusing the refund or use the money toward the membership and stating you did not pay for your dog is unacceptable and disrespectful.

Not happy with the service lately. Everything started to go downhill after I took my Dog here to get treated for diarrhea. They gave him food for weight loss instead which made my dog lose so much weight (hes a small dog). My dog also recently had a seizure and Im almost 100% certain that its the tick medication that hes taking and the vet denied it. This animal hospital has turned into a quick money grab. Overall Im disappointed in the quality of care and how uneducated the staff is.
