Purchased two RV toilets from K&K within the last 5 years, quick response and service as these were necessary (total $1,100 US). 1 year ago, our great Thedford Classic (all Ceramic) cable pedal broke, no longer available, discontinued so we purchased a new Dometic 320, February 21, 2023. Had to return at K&K before closing the same day (1hr) since parts were missing to install (floor model) and then two (2) days after purchase had to return (1hr) to adjust the top and bottom as they were loose and moving in my new trailer. Since then working great until 1 month ago but now some clear water leakage showing up around the bottom. K&K helped us with a flexible pipe and adapter to repair leakage but that was not the problem, still leaking clear water. March 22, 2023 I called K&K with the problem and Stan suggested to contact Dometic directly for support and provided me with the phone number. After many attempts on Friday PM, they finally replied that it's still on warranty for a total of 2 years and to return and have it check by dealer. K&K (Gail) said no appointment was needed today (March 23, 2024) and to just show up with the toilet between 8:30 & 11:00 am because of the only morning availability of their repair person. At our arrival, the older man at the reception declined our visit with this heavy porcelain toilet, said no repair man was there present, not true toilet fixed last year (done by their own repair man), not true floor model. He then said to deal directly with Dometic. I wanted to purchase a new one again on the spot because it's mandatory for my spouse and I NOW and he would NOT accept my Credit card, only cash which I don't have available at the time. So............ careful with your warranties, K&K does not honor them after purchase and treated me loudly in front of other customers as liar because of our last year problem issues loose on the floor (new trailer) and did not reach Dometic which I did reach only late Friday PM. Oops, he also screamed impossible someone fixed our loose toilet (they don't do that) but they did last year and it was not a floor model, it was to help us immediately.

Well, they did it again! Went there to see if I could get a new set of lights. Not only did they have the proper bulbs, they had the exact light on our 15 year old camper! Love this place! I'm sure there's 2 sides to that last reviewer. This place is gold.

Never had an issue getting proper model ac units until the first time I dealt with this place. Not even worth my time to drive 2 hours south to toss it in their parking lot and I'm out $1100. Called my usual sales rep and got the right one ordered in 2 minutes. I guess that's what I get for trying to branch out and create new relationships for my business. Thanks alot
