On this scale of one to five stars, there aren't enough stars in the sky to characterize how hard this pair worked to sell a condo for us and what a good job they did. From finding someone to clean out everything in the apartment, clean it, ready it for showing, multiple open houses, handling the advertising, working through a number of contracts, resolving multiple difficulties with the HOA, the list goes on. They knew the market, the area, and the players. They provided a recommendation of a very good lawyer to help. Beginning to end, I couldn't imagine how much harder it would have been to handle this sale without their help.
