I had a new patient appointment with her via telehealth last week Thursday I waited 30 mins for her and she never showed up so i had to reschedule being in the medical field i understand things happen so i rescheduled for today 5 days later, i really needed to be seen but i wanted to be understanding, my appointment time came and again i waited and waited 20 mins i called the office and they said she said to reschedule me with a different provider because she would not make in time to see me. The office girl on the phone was super nice and tried her best to help me but could not provide another appointment for today i asked about tommorow as i leave town Thursday and i wanted to be seen before i leave. She said there is no available appointments till Thurdsay the day i leave which i can not make. I just cancelled all together because this doctor is unprofessional she wasted my time two times and did not even try to make it right. I am done. This is totally unacceptable. Now i am at square one again, so frustrating.
