I am a vendor thats worked with them. They never pay, have every excuse in the book, and wont return calls. If you expect to paid by them, good luck.

Vesta had given us a 90 day notice due to some conflicts with our board. They basically quit managing our property two months before our end date. Phone calls were not returned, burnt out street lights were not replaced, and almost no maintenance was done. Their behavior was unprofessional and was a disservice to our community. In the past, they had never delivered monthly financial statements on time. It wasn't until someone filed a complaint with the state that they caught up on their accounting and started delivering financial statements that made sense. I'm relieved that we found a new management company.

We were assign Wanda Rojas as our property manager by Vesta. We had a runned down, failing and short of bankrupt association. Prior to me buying here the association had been robbed by two separate management companies. Funds were stolen, monies lost; the most hurt association Ive ever seen. Wanda not only took on this job of repairing with energy but also determination of extraordinary enthusiasm. Her undying and strong personality saw this community go from almost bankrupt to running in the black, getting a bank loan to make repairs and nurtured the board members through a difficult period. She showed empathy for the elderly with limited funding, strength when applying for beautification grant monies and never once complained. After 40 years in the real estate business I must say Im beyond impressed. I hope her superiors know what a positive impact she has made. Property values have almost doubled since I bought one year ago! This woman brought it to the table and did the job! Thanks Wanda and Vesta. Don Delorey
