This is where I get my babies food, toys. Service is always good, don't really have a problem with them, except, my cat's use prescription food, and I always give them the prescription, they take a picture, but it never is there when I go, if I don't keep the prescriptions on me, it's never in their system and I wouldn't be able to get it, that's the one thing that I have a problem with, other than that, it's great.

I dont recommend coming here. First the phone seems off the hook, if someone just answered I wouldnt. Have had to drive all the way down here to ask if they would take a fish surrender of a perfectly healthy clown pletco. The supervisor seems to have an attitude. Also wanted to buy some fish, however doesnt seem like anyone is actually working in fish and they would all just rather stay in the office and talk, they also had a lot of dead fish. I used to get all my fish from them but I will no longer be coming back here.

I have been going here for more than a year and staff is very helpful with products.They will always let you know if something is already being marketed at the lowest retail price, as well as any new items that will be coming in. Both Lydia and Alan the managers make an effort to stop and answer questions while also multitasking and serving customers. I wish that there were more samples available and unfortunately a lot of the pricing has gone up so it would help to have vendor coupons for PSP coupons that are a little more easily accessible. This is still a great family-run store and they have always treated me well and I wrote this original beginning of the review a few years ago I believe
