From the first call Thomas is a breath of fresh air and a pure joy to work with. Thomas is a no nonsense straightforward to the point hard working individual who is very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Thomas is always there to answer any questions at your time and pace and in return asks you questions to make sure that he knows that you understood him. Be ready to keep up with him not the other way around. Thomas does not give up. If one lender or for that matter two or three don't fit then he goes to the fourth, he will procure a loan. Despite all his hard driving Thomas is extremely patient and honest about the loan application process. These are the reasons that I am a repeat customer and will be again with Thomas Martin for our home loan.
