Love this office. Dr. Keyla Diaz Medina and her staff are just awesome! She's our family doctor for several years now, always listen, is very attentive and takes care of whatever it is that needs to be done. Her staff are welcoming, professional and efficient. Appointment time always met, staff is friendly and through and Dr. Diaz Medina is the best. She gives you her attention, explains everything and does not rush you out the door.

Several times I have called this office and sat on hold for over 45 minutes when it told me the wait time was 3 minutes I went in the day after Christmas because I had called the Friday before and asked for them to call in my prescription because it ran out that day I waited till Tuesday didn't hear anything called Walgreens and they did not have my prescription this office used to be good but now they've lost two doctors in the last year right now they don't even have a doctor they have a nurse that they call doctor so I would not recommend anybody to go to this office I myself am leaving to find another primary doctor. They actually have lost three doctors in the last 2 years the first one one day was just gone and they wouldn't answer any questions on where she went or what was going on. Do yourself a favor find someplace else to go. Also for those of you who love Dr Kayla Diaz Medina she was the last one that was there and she is gone now too.
