Dr Paz is an excellent doctor. I have been with her for a couple of years. She really takes the time to explain and make sure you understand what is going on. However, front desk is beyond rude. Whether its over the phone or in person. She shouldnt be working with the public nor with these amazing providers, it is downgrading the quality of the clinic and the doctors.

I have never delt with such a rude and arrogant customer service staff ever. I have to walk away from my appointment on September 13th for being mistreated and I won't be back to this office, as well as my husband and my mother. Sadly, we have been patients for a few years at this location and in the previous visits I have witnessed the front desk staff were unprofessional with other patients, i felt so uncomfortable. Eventually my turn arrived.

Whoever is at the front desk or answering calls needs to go. No apt reminders and if you call, they just leave you on hold and refuse to help. Literally trying to find out if I have to fast before a blood test and no one knows anything there. New receptionist is needed pronto- the man answering the phone is a disaster

Dr's Paz and Alvarez along with the staff are the best and truly care for their patients. I have been through a lot and they are the very best. I highly recommend this practice
