        WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER. Paid the phone bill 4 days ago and now my phone got randomly cancelled? So i went in since i had no connection the whole day and got told that because it was a xiaomi the "GOVERNMENT" AKA TMOBILE blocked my damn phone? And i asked for a refund since they blocked my phone after i paid the line and they said . Right. Anyways, tried to compensate with a free phone and showed it to me, it was a Nokia? A random phone and was told i was supposed to pay for the sales tax plus the 40 dollar case and 40 dollar screen protector. So no its not free. I left and got myself a iphone 15 for the same price at a way better company, not to mention when i was with T-Mobile I never ever had signal, good luck to anyone with T-Mobile
