Bali Lounge

Place is beautifully decorated, music is good, my drink was amazing, the hookah was exquisite and my server was the sweetest girl. The only reason Im giving two stars to this amazing place is because I received the NASTIEST treatment from the girl at the front who makes the reservations and lets you in. Ive never been treated that badly and honestly the owner should do something about it if he wants to keep happy customers because its honestly a shame. I texted them through ig for a reservation twice, I also sent a text message and I called them multiple times, no answer. I showed up and she was at the front where I explained everything to her. She told me they didnt take walk-ins on weekends. I showed her I texted on multiple platforms multiple times and she gave me a horrible attitude I dont check that, I dont check that either when I showed her the calls she sighed and told me: we have a table but you have to sit by the door. I told her it was fine. We got sat, ordered hookah and drinks and appetizersless than 20 mins pass by and shes like : actuallyyy you guys have to leave because I had this table reserved for someone else, Im bringing you the check what ? I didnt even start my drink. I told her Im not leaving now and paying over $100 for something I couldnt enjoy. And once again, nastiest attitude ever, eye rolls, etc. I had to call the server (she was so professional and apologetic) and we got to stay but the experience was ruined for the whole night. Its a shame. This lady proceeded to kick out the other two sweat girls that were sitting next to us that I overheard them saying we are such party girls that we got kicked out . This place its a hidden gem but service at the front is far from the high standards of the place. Update: they reached out to me through ig to apologize to us about the inconvenience of that night. They offered a bottle on the house and this time the service was excellent. Hookah, drinks, and food were exquisite as always and our server was the sweetest girl. They told us that rude hostess was fired. And we will be returning to this beautiful place often now.

If you are looking for dinner, drinks, hookah and nice ambience, Bali is the place where you will find satisfaction. Friendliest and attentive staff; good drinks, delicious food and nice R&B/Hip-hop music.

The ambience is amazing . But the service is awful. Host was very rude when we said we didnt want a hookah . Only gave us and hour to eat . The servers were very pushy . They really mess up your experience . Wish they were better at customer experience, because this place has so much potential.

I had to visit this place a few times before writing a review. Its definitely the best hookah lounge Ive been to from Miami to West Palm. The pictures and videos doesnt do justice on how beautiful the place is. The hookah is A1 best Ive ever had each time (been there 5 or more times). The drinks, music, and ambiance are 5 stars all across the board. ALL the staff are friendly and provide the best service. I definitely recommend this place whether its a date night, hanging with friends or alone either way it wont disappoint.

The vibes are very peaceful and intimate. Its a great location. I just didnt like the fact that they didnt have liquor
