The best experience I ever had at any dentist I went to. They were all nice and Dr. Castro was very detailed and explained everything. Highly recommend. Trust me you will be totally satisfied

The dentists at Dentist of Hollywood may be good professionals, but I had a very bad experience with them. I went for a dental cleaning on behalf of my health insurance, Preferred Care Partner that they received me, but now I discover that my insurance does not appear on the list that they accept. Without wanting it or needing it, they began to do other work on my teeth for which I would pay 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Without taking into account that I am an 87-year-old old man, who lives on a small income from Social Security, and without credit capacity. However, they managed to get Comenity Capital Bank to pay them for me and without having completed the supposed work, the totality of more than 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Upon receiving the bill from the Bank, I stopped attending the Clinic under protest, after having done so for only three days and with about 3 or 4 hours of work. Scared and surprised to realize the trouble I had gotten myself into without knowing or understanding it. I only wish that the possible patients of this Clinic, especially the elderly people like me, are firm in demanding that they only do the work for which they are going and especially if they are older, they do not sign or commit themselves without the presence of a family member who understand that what they are accepting is good for them and they can deliver.
