I am new at Allure Dental. Kevin in front office is very welcoming and a true professional. He showed me the breakdown of the fees, and every thing I needed to know to avoid surprises. Dr. Lopez was gentle and took her time to explain the X-rays and the procedure she will have to perform. I felt seen, heard, and care for. Overall they are THE BEST.

2. The day of the appointment came, I was only there for a cleaning and regular check up(which I told them several times on the phone) to my suprise they drop me the news on the day I went, that my cleaning was not gonna be done that day, and that I needed to loose another day of work for the cleaning, and that they didnt have any upcoming appointments.. is it so hard for them to tell people this information over the phone so they can do the proper arrangements? Why do people have to get there first to know they gonna need to lose another day for the actual work they are going for. And then when I got mad and and ask why was lack of communication, The Manager started fighting with me instead of helping me look for a solution.. I only ended up in this place trying to save my self 10 minutes from my current dental doctor because its closer to my home, but those 10 minutes ended up costing me, a full productive day at work, and postpone important meetings..what a big mistake I did, learn from my mistake and find your self another dental place to go, you will thank me later..

Horrible service, lack of communication My wife and I went for a cleaning, we both took the day off and spoke to them several times on the phone prior coming explaining what we needed, they never told us over the phone that for a simple cleaning and check up we needed to go 2 times, (my guess its so they can charge the insurance twice) and then when we ask why this not informed? They simply fight you back trying to justify their lack of Professionalism and training.. For the good I got the name of the register owners, VALDMAN, VADIM, and mailing address and I will be sending them all the same bad reviews found here, and a bill for the time I lost coming to this place, because the front desk staff and the joke they have as a manager lack of communication.
