Amazing Dental Orthodontics

Really nice receptionists and doctors! Got my wisdom teeth taken out and the doctor called to follow up to make sure I was doing fine. Highly recommend to start your dental journey here.

You could not ask for a more understanding and compassionate dentist than Dr. Crosby. She addressed all my fears and concerns even putting up with my constant humming in her chair. The staff is so personable and professional, you feel right at home.

I had a appointment with the orthodontist to see about braces. The day before my appointment they told me I have to pay an additional charge for Covid-19 and my insurance does not pay for it so I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked what is this covid charge for. They told me that the ADA had advise the dentist to charge all patients with this fee. My thing is, first, when I was making the appointment, why was this not discussed before booking the actual appointment and two, I been already to 3 different orthodontist and they wasn't charging a covid-19 charge. I think this is very fishy to me. I just canceled my appointment 24 hours in advise just to make sure I don't get any random charge with them.

I'll keep this short. The office manager has multiple complaints on here for a reason. I don't normally even write complaints...but I've reported her to Florida dentistry board. It was that bad. Condescending and rude. Dr. Crosby please address your staff. She (the office manager) will then defend herself underneath reviews..while pretending to be the (owner)
