I haven't had the opportunity to try my product(s) yet..my first order was mailed to the wrong address!! The entire process was overwhelming so I requested a REFUND!!!...To Be Continued!!.... So...wasn't able to get a refund because of the "promotional" price (original price has the line through it)!! So they're sticking with that story to prevent from refunding any purchases made!! **READ OVER RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!** "NO" correspondence from this company (not in SPAM, INBOX, etc) until I reached out!!! Will NEVER buy again from this company!!!! **RED FLAG when I noticed the last review was over 2 years ago**!!

I am your returning customer but, this time I needed help from your customer service agent. I was lucky enough to chat with your agent Ben. Ben was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient and went above and beyond to help me. I am a senior citizen and I was not able to input my order via your website for some reason and Ben made sure I was able to fulfill my order and also gave me a senior discount which I was having issues entering it. If everybody in your company is like Ben than of course, I would recommend you to everyone. I would like to give Ben a "Loud Shout" for doing what an amazing agent that you have. I really believe that the cream could work on younger skin , I'm 73 years old and realized that the product should have come out when I was 50 or younger. I guess I was dreaming of a MIRACLE to occur in the reduction of deep lines but NO LUCK !
