Great service provided from beginning to end with a great quality enclosure install. Very helpful after the install with additional work that was also needed. Have recommended friends to them as well. Highly recommended!

This company is very knowledgeable. They are there to answer any questions you may have. The crew was always there in a timely manner. You can tell the owner takes great pride in being one of the best around. So very thankful for finding them.

Reliable Shutters and Screens is in no way Reliable. From the start there was one problem after the other.From:Installing the wrong structure.Taking down and waiting for the correct structure.Inexperienced messy workers.Sloppy, shorty and poorly finished work.Months of waiting Scheduled appointments that require someone to be home from work, causing loss of income, most of them no shows.Months of littel to no workers at all.Language barriers Excuse after excuse.Delay after delayThe list goes on. It has taken almost two years to completion. I paid my final check just to be done with them. I do not recommend this company to anyone. James Comer

Reliable Shutters and Screens is in no way Reliable. From the start there was one problem after the other. From: Installing the wrong structure. Taking down and waiting for the correct structure. Inexperienced messy workers. Sloppy, unprofessional and poorly finished work. Months of waiting and broken promises. Scheduled appointments that require someone to be home from work, causing loss of income on my part, most of them no shows. Months of little to no workers at all. Confusion with management Language barriers. The list goes on. I experienced excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. It has taken almost TWO YEARS TO COMPLETE! Even though I feel I didn't get the quality and customer care expected. I paid my final payment to be done with this company. I do not recommend Reliable Shutters and Screens unless you're a glutten for punishment. James Comer Update: I call BS They say I'm not a client... I have the canceled checks to prove it ..spanning over the past almost 2 years. Stating " This it's not my company" is just another shady excuse on your part. I signed the contract on 4/19/2021. I'll post the paperwork if you like.
