Budget Car Rental

Front desk person was very friendly and efficient. I already had a reservation and was in and out within 15 minutes of arriving.

Rented a somewhat clean vehicle. Have a flat. My husband would change it and put on doughnut but there is no lug wrench. I have been calling all day today placed on hold and forgotten. The reviews are accurate this place is a joke.

1. The rental car was not available at the rental station 2. The inside of the car was not clean 3. Tank less than 1/2 full 4. Staff very friendly

The vehicle gas was almost on empty when I picked up the vehicle, your employee wrote down 1/8 full. I took a date and location photo of the gas gage and milage. When I returned the car, the young lady told me the gas rank was full. I told her no, she said yes. Only when I showed her the photo I took, she accepted the tank was just about empty. I told I should not have to do her job for her. I was told by others, they had the same experience. Bad , very bad.
