        Arrived at my reservation time and waited 30 minutes for help. Only one attendant on site. Only to learn that the car i reserved was not on the lot. Any replacement still needed to be washed. Went across the street and got a great car from Enterprise in 10 minutes. Skip Hertz at all cost. Gold member.

        Do not bother renting here. Had an online reservation for a tesla. Showed up to pick it up, there where 5 teslas on the lot and they would not want to give me any of them. Did not offer any solutions either.

        Do not rent from this location. The staff are rude and unprofessional, especially the manager Tiffany. They did not have the car we reserved and didnt care that they gave it to someone else. We waited a half hour just to speak to someone since their whole operation was unorganized. They dont understand the concept of customer service. Period.
