You guys have an employee that drives an older Blue ford pickup and she comes in at 12 shes ran me off the road and cut people off aswell as shooting the finger at people while driving and since I cant contact hr Im hoping to get in contact someone here

My husband and myself finally had to get a new roof on our historic home. The original roof was 90 years old and had come to the end of its life. We contacted three roofing companies in our area, all well-established with solid reputations. But from our first call R&R Industries we knew they were the company we'd hire. The receptionist, Mary Lou, was incredibly easy to talk to, like an old friend. She struck just the right balance of friendly professionalism. Matthew Vedder was the company rep who came out to inspect our roof situation. He spent a lot of time discussing options as well as having us sit down with a roofing specialist to go over all the steps involved in our job. The original roof was concrete/asbestos slate which would have been very expensive to remove and, once removed, would have required insulation being blown into our walk-in attic which would have hidden the beautiful tongue-in-grove woodwork from 1932. We made the decision to put a second roof over the first. They introduced us to DECRA metal roofing coated in 3M granules and designed to look like the original slate roof. Not only does the roof have a higher windstorm resistance than required, it has the highest impact rating, Class 4, and, combined with the high grade radiant peel-and-stick placed on the original roof, is so energy efficient our heating and a.c. costs have been reduced by 28%. Additionally, since the roof was put on over a system of vertical and horizontal battens, raising it 2" from the original, the original 1932 trim did not have to be disturbed. But even better than the actual roof are the people who were involved in putting it on - Silvano, Victor, Donato, Vincenzo and Cresciano. They were very well organized, having worked as a team for some years as well as polite, friendly and extremely good about clean-up each day. Working with everyone at R&R also included the owner/CEO, Guy Beasley, a very patient man and another team - Ricky, Sherman and Antonio - who couldn't have been more responsive to our concerns and questions thru this whole process. While the main roof was DECRA, we also have a flat tar-and-gravel roof that covers an addition put on the house in 1960. It had been replaced in 2000 but needed additional care in areas where the two roofs met. This was not an easy roofing job but everyone involved from R&R was more than capable of making sure the job was done right. They not only lived up to their reputation, having been in business here since 1948, each person we dealt with exceeded our expectations. Thank-you to all.
