CM Custom Pool Designs

CM Custom was a great choice for our in-ground pool company. Steve was amazing and responsive to all of my text messages and questions during construction. All of the workmen were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Jeff, our pool educator was so helpful explaining and going over all of the mechanics of operating a pool. The entire experience was flawless. Thanks so much to everyone involved with our pool construction.

They built a good pool with poor communication the whole project. Dont expect any service after the project is complete though. Youll be lucky if they email you back at all. I had sunken travertine pavers within months. I called and they came out and fixed one. Within a couple months theyre sunken again tried to get someone to come out but now they wont respond. Told me I was out of warranty as if I was expecting a free service with an almost two year old pool deck. Poor business.

CM Custom pool admin and tech support quickly resolved a pool heating problem I discovered late Thursday. My big gratitude to Megan. Belinda, Justyn, Lars and Bryron who listened to my urgent need and got the ball rolling to determine the cause of the heating problem, find the necessary part and get it quickly handled as I had a large group of family and friends coming over this weekend for Easter pool party. Thank you

Everything was Great. Thank you CM Custom pools for building us paradise in our back yard. From start to finish our project manager, Steve stayed in touch and kept us in the picture the whole time with open lines of communication and quick responses. CM Pools has just built my second pool and both pools are incredible! As a contractor, I see all the flaws in peoples work and I cant say enough how nice both my pools are and theyve always been a pleasure to work with! Jim is an awesome project manager and was here daily through the project due to how intricate this project was. They have also serviced my pools week in and week out and we always have a clean and balanced pool to enjoy! If your looking to have a pool put in, Id highly recommend them.
