Called Friday afternoon to schedule an estimate for repair but was advised by Julie, this shop was unable to perform any repairs to my vehicle due to it's age. The vehicle is a 2006 Honda with no rust or mechanical issues except for a recent parking lot incident which caused several scratches and some small dents. When I asked to speak to the owner, she advised me they are a corporation and didn't know who to refer me to. Seems from first impressions, this establishment doesn't have it all together or just not very transparent in their business operations. The conversation did nothing to instill any level of confidence in their capacity to effectively repair any vehicle much less in an efficient and timely manner.

My son got into an accident in October of last year. We got his car back yesterday and wasnt completely fix. The reason being is that they repair and fix what happened to the car in the accident. Which was the front left of the car. But they never fix the damage they did to the car while the car was in their lot. Since October until a week ago finally we got a call from someone saying car was done but they said to my husband we needed to do another claim cause it was a damage in the back of my sons car. This place had my sons car since October, really?. The accident was in the front of the car only cause my son hit someone, NOT IN THE BACK. They basically said that happened at the accident and didnt take RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. Definetely, the car was hit in their lot. It is a very tight lot and very difficult to maneuver cars in there. Also, they usually take pictures and video of cars when the cars get there to be fix. However, what a coincidence that my sons car didnt have any pictures or videos when his car got there!!!. Totally dissatisfied, disappointed and extremely disgusted with Classic Collision. Please NEVER bring ur car there to be fix or anything. CLASSIC COLLISION IS NOT A RELIABLE PLACE%
