        This is one of the few negative reviews Im willing to write about a Marriott experience. As someone who travels significantly for work, I chose to arrange a vacation stay for my family. Our flight was cancelled so I called the hotel to say we would not be arriving. The front desk service said to call back Monday when GM is in. I did. GM left one message and I called back. I never heard back again. Ive since called three more times with no return call, so I contacted Bonvoy. Bonvoy says the hotel refuses to refund stay because they were sold out that night. My room would have been sold if they had appropriate service. Theres no reason I should have been charged and absolutely no reason the GM is so poor at customer service. I will be choosing Hilton in the future. Update: Ami is a dishonest and problematic GM. This experience ensures my status as a Hilton member in the future. Bye, Marriott!
